Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags (if any) should still be attached.
How to Start a Return
Just email us at empathyhat@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If you're returning for another reason (wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), return shipping is on you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We’ll always make that clear before you buy.
